Refund Policy

We value your shopping experience with Southern Livs Creations and strive to ensure satisfaction with every order. Please review the policy below for eligibility regarding refunds and replacements.

Turnaround Time (TAT)

Processing and shipping timeframes are estimated and may vary based on order volume, restocks, custom items, or seasonal demand. While TAT is not guaranteed, we will keep customers informed of any delays and provide updates as needed. Communication regarding changes to expected delivery times will be provided via email, messaging, or updates within our ordering platforms.

Refund Qualifications

Refunds may be issued when there is an error on our end. This includes:

•Incorrect item shipped
•Item arrives defective
•Order fulfillment errors

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and must include:
•Customer name
•Order number
Photos showing the issue

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. If there are any issues with the original payment method either on our end or the customers other options can be used, but original method is preferred. 

Shipping Damage Claims

All items are checked prior to shipment. If damage occurs due to carrier handling, please contact us within 3 days.

Required documentation:

•Photos of the damaged item
•Packaging image
•Clear image of the shipping label

We will file a claim with the carrier.

Upon claim approval, you will receive either:
A refund, or

•A replacement item (dependent on availability)

Packages marked “Delivered” but missing are not eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be offered in the following situations:

  • Items worn, washed, damaged after receipt, or altered
  • Incorrect size chosen when size info provided was accurate
  • Change of mind
  • All Clearance, Sale, or Final Sale items
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Postal delays once in carrier possession

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted, as inventory is immediately allocated.

    Replacements & Store Credit

    If a refund cannot be issued, customer may be eligible for:

    • A replacement of the same product, if in stock
    • Store credit, which does not expire
