Pricing & Payment



All prices are listed in USD and subject to change at any time.

We accept major payment methods available at checkout.


Once an order is submitted:


  • Payment is processed immediately
  • Inventory is automatically reserved
  • Orders cannot be altered or canceled



Promotions, discount codes, and sales cannot be applied after an order is paid.





Processing Time & Turnaround



All turnaround times (TAT) listed on product pages or announcements are estimates. Delays may occur due to:


  • High order volume
  • Seasonal releases
  • Custom-made items
  • Restocking delays
  • Carrier delays



If a delay occurs, we will keep customers informed through email, direct message, or platform updates.





Shipping



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier.


We are not responsible for:


  • Delayed delivery
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery scan
  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect address submission



If your package shows delivered but is missing, please contact your carrier directly.





Shipping Damage



If damage occurs in transit, you must contact us within 3 days with pictures of:


  • The damaged item
  • Exterior packaging
  • Shipping label



We will file a claim when appropriate and issue a refund or replacement once claim approval is received.





Refunds, Returns & Credits



Refunds are offered only when the error is due to our mistake, including:


  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival
  • Incorrect listing or inaccurate description



Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.


No refunds will be offered for:


  • Sizing issues when chart and description were correct
  • Clearance, final sale, or custom items
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse



Store credit may be issued when replacements are unavailable.

Order Cancellations



Orders cannot be canceled after checkout due to immediate processing and inventory allocation.





Custom & Personalized Products



Custom orders—including engraved, monogrammed, special-design, or personalized items—begin production at checkout and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, unless defective upon arrival.





Intellectual Property



All designs, listings, photos, text, and branding belong to Liv’s Boutique and may not be copied or reproduced.


This includes:


  • Product images
  • Engraving designs
  • Digital artwork
  • Website content



Unauthorized use may result in legal action.





Limitation of Liability
